Welcome back! Hope second semester is off to a great start for everyone!

Intro in table groups: What is one new idea or tool are you excited about? Why? It does not have to be a tech tool or idea!
  • Planning a vacation? Skoosh always has the best hotel prices when I am booking hotels in large cities. Note that prices include all taxes, which can really save a lot.
  • Karma suggests using Wunderlist to keep track of things

Hour of Code
  • Review Hour of Code and Code.org
  • Report on Hour of Code activities in your schools
  • Try out an Hour of Code tutorial
  • Brainstorm for how Hour of Code and Coding resources fit into your curriculum

  • Using the log-in and password information from your media specialist, set up your phone, ipad, Kindle, android table, etc. to access the ESU 6 consortium library.
  • With the information from your public library, set up your mobile devices to access Overdrive.
  • Already using one or both? Please share tips with the group and help others through the set-up processes

NETA Conference and Contests

  • Each participant will share a tip or tool with the group (5 min maximum)
  • Use this time to work on your 20% project and/or your NETA presentation

Future Planning
  • March 12 will be a TIG mini-conference! Each TIG participant will prepare a session to present to the group. You may work collaboratively, and those who have proposals accepted for the NETA conference can run through their presentations as well.
